What is this Program
Country Connections is a telehealth initiative aimed at providing high-quality occupational therapy services to kids, teens, and young adults in rural and remote areas of New South Wales.
This program eliminates the need for long-distance travel by delivering expert care directly to the homes of those who need it.
Purpose of the Program
Country Connections ensures that children and young people in remote regions have access to high-quality Occupational Therapy services.
This program offers the convenience of accessing these services in the comfort of your own home or school and receiving expert care at the same time. It is about equipping children and teens with essential life skills to achieve their goals. We work collaboratively to identify and create opportunities to practise skills to become more independent.
Who this Program is for
This program is specifically designed for kids, teens, and young adults, 8 years plus, living in rural NSW. Additionally, it targets homeschooled children in these remote areas and the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Our experienced Occupational Therapists provide tailored programs designed to meet your child's therapy goals with evidence-based therapeutic supports, enhancing daily living skills.
